Welcome to the Beginner Corel Painter Workshop!

I am excited to "geek out" with you in Corel Painter in an intimate setting! Comfortable seating will be provided. Bring layers of clothing to adjust as needed. Projections will be on a large screen (not a tv).  I believe a comfortable setting is conducive to learning as much as you possibly can so I've hired a caterer to make a fabulous home cooked meal for one dinner, and one lunch (included with registration). Beverages, and snacks will be provided on both days. There will be hot coffee in the mornings, and hot tea available throughout the day. My little one will be 17 months at the time of the workshop (she'll have her own full time caretaker during the workshop), so please note that there is no smoking or animals in the house.

The Charlotte Douglas International airport is about 35 minutes from my house/studio (CLT).

Hotels

I do not recommend staying in Rock Hill (one exit south of me). It's best, and safest to stay in "Fort Mill."

Students have stayed at this hotel and have had rave reviews. It's only 2 years old, and is extremely comfortable:

Please don't park in front of any mailboxes.  Street parking is fine.

There will be a toddler on site, so you might be tackled occasionally with unbelievable cuteness and charm. There are no animals or smoking in the house.
