Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the materials in accordance with the permissions below. You are not purchasing ownership of the files—only the right to use them under specific restrictions.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not, under any circumstances:

Sell, share, gift, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the files in any format
Upload, input, or use any materials from this site to train, feed, seed, or test any artificial intelligence system, including but not limited to:
Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, ArtBreeder, NightCafe, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Fotor, Images.ai, DeepAI, StarryAI, Ideogram, Google Imagen, Recraft, Seedream, Grok, GPT‑4o, and similar platforms
Use these materials in any AI-based workflows including:

Prompt engineering

Iterative design

PERMITTED USES

You may:

Incorporate the backgrounds or brushes into your own flattened photographic or painterly client work
You may use the backgrounds and brushes to create backgrounds to use for your own studio provided they are flattened in the final product so that the client may not extract the background as a standalone product (digital or physical)
Use in commercial portraiture, composites, or digital painting as long as the final file is not layered or extractable
Use as painterly bases inside programs such as Corel Painter or Adobe Photoshop, provided all work is human-created and hand-rendered

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

Each purchase is licensed to one individual user only. Multi-user licenses, studio use, or bulk licensing must be arranged in writing.

All rights remain exclusively with Heather Michelle Chinn.

ENFORCEMENT

Violation of these terms—including unauthorized sharing, resale, AI usage, or redistribution—is a violation of federal copyright law. It may result in immediate revocation of access, blacklisting, and legal action.

Tracking technology and unique file signatures may be used to enforce license compliance.
